Contract Work

In addition to our custom tool accessory capability, Rem Custom Tooling also has a CNC Lathe and Milling Department specializing in low to medium production runs in rounds up to 10" and flats up to 18" x 22".

We run the following Okuma CNC Equipment:

Okuma Captain L370-MW CNC Mill/Turn Lathe: With live sub spindle, 12 position turret, 5C & 16C collets, 8” chuck (main) 6” chuck (sub). Cuts parts with the highest productivity and reliability.  Superior heat management ensures tighter and more uniform tolerance.

Okuma MB-46 VAE:  3-axis Vertical Machining Center, 32 ATC, 30hp spindle, x22”, y18”,z18”. The speed and accuracy of Okuma vertical machining centers deliver higher productivity at lower cost.  No hydraulic fluid.

Our CNC machine operators have more than 35 years of machine tool experience.
