specializing in the design, manufacturing, and delivery of custom machine tool accessories.
Rem Custom Tooling also offers OEM accessory design and manufacturing, plus contract CNC machine work.
Our customers include machine tool shops; OEM manufacturers, distributors and engineers, and companies seeking a reliable and experienced supplier of CNC and traditional machine contract work.
Our custom tool accessories may be one-of-a-kind new or replacement parts; unique accessory tools for turning, milling and grinding operations, or parts designed from scratch for special machine tool applications.
Our standard products include, but are not limited to, custom tool blocks, custom drill blocks, gantry loaders, mounts for high speed air and electronic spindles, bushings for thru-tool coolants, tool holders, and polygon milled tool sets.
